The SS HEAT heating plates work with direct heat emission by plates with very low electrical consumption, this series is specially designed for installation inside buildings, with only 20 mm thick are ideal for heating homes, offices, hotels, shops, schools solution etc. Achieving significant cost savings and maximum comfort.

HEAT SS plates are usually installed in the ceiling and connected to a separate thermostat in each zone or area. Its technology, besides being beneficial to health, requires no maintenance and is very easy to install.

 

PATENTED TECHNOLOGY

PROJECTS DIMENSIONING AND INSTALLATION

To ensure optimal performance and power consumption savings through SS HEAT, the correct dimensioning of number of plates each space is essential. Due to the direct heat emission without requiring heating air, is required to calculate the necessary electricity power of the plates installed in each space with a differently methodology than other heating systems.

To determine the number of plates to be installed one needs to consider several factors: Climate Zone, building type, insulation and materials used, Orientation, area and height, amongst others. Q (w) = ax DT x A x S x C x Ch: Once we have all the data, a simple formula, which comes from the Stefan-Boltzmann, the calculation formula is applied.

Entering data in the formula indicates the power needed in W to determine which plates are required for proper installation.

For example, housing is usually necessary to have one plate, and two in the larger rooms (living room). In supermarkets, offices, hospitals, warehouses, etc. a tailor-made project is needed.

The SMART SUN HEAT technical department performs detailed studies, advising for each project the number of plates, type of plates and locations recommended for each space. These studies are performed at no cost to customers. Only this way can we guarantee optimal system performance.

SMART SUN HEAT regularly provides training to distributors so they can perform these studies independently.

HANGING INSTALLATION, FOR CEILING WITH A HEIGHT OF MORE THAN 2.5 METRES +

  • Fix steel cables or rods to hang the metal ceiling plates
  • Fix the plates to rods or steel cables, adjust height
  • Connect the power cable
